Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC)
The Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) of the Tripura Institute of Paramedical Sciences is committed to promoting equality, inclusiveness, and social justice within the institutional environment. The Cell ensures that all students and staff, irrespective of gender, caste, religion, disability, socio-economic background, or other identities, are provided equal access to opportunities, resources, and facilities in accordance with national policies and institutional values.
The EOC strives to create a barrier-free and inclusive academic atmosphere by addressing issues of discrimination, promoting diversity, and supporting underprivileged and marginalized groups. It functions as a support system for students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), minorities, persons with disabilities, and economically weaker sections.
